* Fitness Assessment - by appointment ($40)

Are you new to exercise? Have you been working out for a while and are looking to strengthen up your weaknesses, or assess your progress? Have one of our certified coaches perform a Fitness Assessment and guide you to the next level. Fitness Assessment includes: Resting Heart Rate & Blood Pressure Measurements, Weight & Body Composition (% body fat), Preliminary cardiovascular screening, Flexibility and Strength Assessment and more. For scheduling, contact Rudy Acevedo rudyac@aol.com.

* VO2 Max Testing - by appointment ($130)

Peak Fitness' VO2 Test tells you how well your body uses oxygen during exercise. During the test, we are able to determine the point at which you go from AEROBIC exercise to AN-AEROBIC exercise. It truly allows you to know your zones and start maximizing your workouts. This is the best way to fine tune your training to meet your weight management and/or fitness goals. For scheduling, contact Joe Sulak (210) 387-0381.
